Layout for DSO Color Challenge
Miss Lily left us years ago, but not before she taught us that Great Danes can sing like birds instead of whine, and to play a mean game of Lily Ball! She and her sad eyes are missed here everyday. Her Memory Roses bloomed yesterday and with the doors open to catch the lovely breezes I could smell them at my computer. It was like she was nudging me to come play.
I didn’t finish the kit I planned for the DSO Color Challenge yet, and who knows if I will…playing! *guffaw* Just in case, I made a LO.

There are some beautiful goods over at DSO in ALL the Challenge sections. Folks are busy posting freebie kits and inspirational layouts all over that place! Its just fun to go browse.
This is what I found while I was browsing the color challenge after dropping my Lily Bird LO in the mix. All these they are all free kits!! Whoop! WhOOP!
The color challenge is the most popular by far, but there is something for everyone. The recipe challenge caught my eye this morning…I am thinking about doing a layout for that one this month ( if I get to it) or next month I will set that one up first so I don’t miss it. What a neat idea! A great way to build a custom recipe book a little at a time. I tried to do this once and just lost steam. By doing a LO each month one could plug away at a book for a year and not even notice to time spent…just the FUN! Whoo HOO!
Gratitude List
For Lily’s Roses and all the great friends who helped me figure out I needed to just leave them alone and they would bloom.
For Harvey Dane, who just poop-ed all over the sofa. Love that dog, hating the sofa right now.
For my Jack, just want to hug your guts out!
For cut grass in front and wildflowers on the side! Whoo HOO! its a party out there!!
