I get it now. Life gets in the way of blogging! *GUFFAW* The more I blog the richer my life becomes, more friends, more email, invitations to join in, more awareness of wonders to share. LOVE THAT! Just because I am blogging, I want to take more pictures, tell more stories, and make more LOs.

The window available to me to blog, small to begin with, becomes smaller when I take time away from it to enjoy what blogging brings me. I now have to choose what riches to bring in and what to let fall away or say no to outright.
This sucks, I want to keep it all! LOL! Need 24 more hours in the day for that! DUR!
Yet, I am not fulfilling the purpose of my blog, to express more gratitude, share freebies…and of course to ramble. Can’t forget the soul sustaining gift of yakking! Seems I have not had much trouble delivering the talkie talk. *wink*
I am dedicating some days to be sure weeks don’t go by without posting a freebie or showing gratitude. Without the hemming and hawing over what to post each day, it should save time too so I can get to all those email responses, invitations and meeting new friends.
- Monday is Freebie Day. The goal is to produce theme related freebies in a series so in time they add up to a mini kit or larger.
- Tuesday is Challenge Day. Love doing challenges, but very addictive. I am limiting myself to 4 a month.
- Wednesday is Gratitude Day, when I show off what I bought or been gifted and promote the designer. Sometimes I will pull out a goodie from a past designer you can’t go to a blog and download or store to buy. Not meant as a tease, just to give thanks for some great past designers. Gratitude lists will continue, hopefully, everyday. This is also the day I will guest post on other blogs, thank you for all those invites, folks! Don’t stop sending those, just know it will be Wednesday.
- Thursday is Freebie Day, like Monday. Yup! 2 days of freebies! Wee Hoo!
- Friday is Photo Day. I keep taking gobs of pictures and wondering when I am going to share them all? A dedicated day might help me share more.
- Saturday is Inspiration Day. I usually don’t post. I am out getting inspired instead. If I find a cool new scrap technique, tutorial, or idea to relate back to scrapping to share this will be the day I post it.
- Sunday I usually take a break and get out there and live a whole day without commenting or thinking about commenting. *hah* If I find I have something to share or say that cannot wait till Monday, Sunday readers find it first.
Now I did not set aside a day to share LOs. promo freebies already made, or other “life” stuff. I will post all that as it rolls around.

For the May Scraplift Challenge at DSO
Strange I know, but I saw this pink bag in a sales circular and thought I would extract it. Once I did, I wondered if it would fit into a layout? Well it did and turned out well enough. See it big. I thought it would be great for a real girly girl. I don’t know any, being all about raising boys. I used vintage flappers to illustrate this one. Someday I will plop a girl photo in there! LOL!
