About Jodiann
I am a homeschool mom to my two teen boys Dillon, and Nathan. Married to my Jack for what seems like forever, in the good way. I have branched out from my former design home Digital Scrap Obsession. Where I hosted the Monthly Lyric Challenge. Those days are behind me, I have moved to new digs at Kristine’s Place, where I sell both personal and commercial use scrapbook products. I also have stores at Digital Scrap Designs, and Digiscrap Warehouse where I sell Commercial Use and S4H items only. I enjoy this work very much and I meet the BEST people! Really! I build in both Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop. Learning Photoshop Elements at this time to better understand my customers’ needs. I find it is very fast at producing a layout, no wonder its so popular!!
I also set up and design websites for small companies and some individuals. This should take up all my free time, but I find time to love and honor our Dog and Cat Crew as well. We keep Rescued Great Dane dogs and an assortment of Great Danes in Training ( well loved muttlies) The cats, Wee-ell, we don’t keep them, we are only here to serve their whims and desires as any cat owner will tell you, if they want to spoon, you spoon. Period.
I garden, do yoga, snap pictures, love to DIY, GOLF! I know! Crazy, right? Oh, I am a Temporary Texan. I have the moving bug. Born in Colorado, raised mostly in Arizona. I feel I am just stopping over in Texas until the next big adventure. Plenty of adventure here, but you know its a big world out there. I would love to live outside the US, someday. Ireland, Italy, Egypt, New Zealand, and Thailand all sound promising.
Digi-scrapping is new to me and I am loving it! I draw my inspiration for my layouts and designing mostly from the garden, nature, wildlife, my all boy family, but as a former floral designer, and street painter I get inspiration from anywhere. I draw from my joy of quilting, silk ribbon embroidery, interior design, DIY, woodworking, movies and even video games I watch my boys play. I’ve been getting into those games more and more becasu of those boys of mine, I must admit I spend most of my time screaming to be revived in Left 4 Dead 2 or waiting to respawn in Team Fortress 2, but its a hoot and my boys ( hubby included) put up with it and treat me as if I really know how to play. Good times!
I am a proud member of Kim B. Designs Creative Team! I feel so blessed to have found those delightful ladies! I spend most of my time bent over laughing! As my mother would say, they are full of it! LOL!
